All orders are processed and packed within 2-3 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

$9 Tracked Standard Postage (3-6 business days)

$15 Express Postage (2-3 business days)

All estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.

VLADA takes no responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post or their affiliates or lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

VLADA is not responsible for any additional fees charged from International Customs or Post Office Bills.
